Designing the company hierarchy

Hi Seniors,

I'm working in a new company set up recently, as being in Admin i have been given the responsibility to make the company hierarchy.

I'm not sure of the designations high up in the hierarchy. It is a finance based company.

Could anyone please help me with the hierarchy structure?

What should be the function of General Manager?

Hi swassaha, My suggestion is to look for other companies same in terms of the nurture with your company and than talk with management about your idea and than you can implement your idea.
