Regarding withdrwal of pf amount and ssn no.
I have opted for withdrawal of my pf amount from my previous company. now i need to fill the ssn form can it be done from my new office and previous amount will be provided without any issues. or i need to do it from my old company. i have shifted to this new office after my marriage so does my surname change may create some issues in the transaction? what is the system of allotments for pf account no.s ? does it gets changed evrytime u transfer/ withdraw the amount? please answer the above stated queries thanks.

Dear portal viewers i am working in one of the private firms at bangalore where employer is deducting pf amount from employees salaries but not paying it to the pf office. we have our uan # to check passbook in pf online website and are aware that employer hasn t paid the pf deducted to the pf office/employee account for the last 15 months. my question is : will the employer get to know if we place the grievance online thru pf office persons and is there any possibility that employer will trouble the employee for doing so ? kindly advs thanks. regards anuradha
Pf withdrawal challenges with employer
Respected mentors greetings for the day i need your help to know about the pf withdrawal process as my employer has denied to cooperate for the same. i left the organization without serving the notice period though i had sent a resignation email to my manager looping in my hr and accepted to buy out my notice period as my family issues didn t allow me any more time to continue with my job. hr agreed for the buy out and my fnf formalities are pending for completion. i tried arranging finance for the same but as the amount is bit high i am not able to pay that amount at this point of time hence i offered one solution to hr that i will withdraw my pf and then will clear the dues to which they denied stating this is not possible due to compliance issues though i know no employer can deny to sign the pf forms. i read in a thread on citehr that by getting sign off of any gazetted officer one can withdraw the pf amount.i followed the same but my form got rejected by epf office stating that i need to get documentation done from my employer. i am stuck at this point and don t know how to get the pf amount. please suggest. best regards
Employeer not paid epf amount to the epf office
I am a sales coordinator my employer deducted pf every month from my salary i have payslips for proof how much they deducted pf amount but did not deposited at epf office. and i have checked my balance through online the employer paid only 3months of pf amount but rest month pf amount was not paid. this is to inform you that the company is not there it means shifted to some other place and no one is working in this company we asked our pf to the employeer but they are telling company is in loss so we will not able to pay deducted pf amount to the epf office so please confirm what to do on this momentum.... how to get my pf amount please help me....
