Recruitment to General HR

Hi Seniors,

I am working as a Recruitment Executive in a CMM Level 5 company, I want to switch over to General HR. Can you pls tell me know if you could help me in switiching over to general HR.

how many years of work experience do you have in recruitment area? and is there any other area of HR u have been handling so far other than recruitment?

Hi Mahalakshmi,

I am into recruitment since 2 years into ITES and IT. However, I was handling joining formalities for couple of months, apart from recruitment. Iam Planning to do MBA thr ‘ correspondence.

Can u suggest me? Whether I have to complete my MBA to get into General HR.

i have 2 1/2 yrs of Recruiting exp...apart from recruitment i also handle performance appraisals, training and development of the recruitment team. currently i am looking out for Core HR functions.
