Hi friend

While appreciating your best practices and the efforts you have put in bringging out the best of it, I wish to know is there any thing that is unique for your organisation. Pl compare what you have said about it as unique which is there already in many. Say something about HOW UR ORGANISATION IS PEOPLE CENTRIC.

Went through the ppt. Though I appreciate the efforts put in & the desire to share knowledge what I was unable to make was, how is ur organization unique in its practices...........frankly speaking, I did not find anything unique bout the practices employed by your company........its the same that is followed everywhere............for eg., our company too forbids smoking in official premises so on & so forth...............

Thanx for the reply.To clear the misconception.This is nt my organizations PPT.This I found through Google I found it interesting,and used some of the slides to prepare such ppt for my own company,vn we go for recruitement in Campuses.
