Letter for not renewing Employment Contract

Good day!

I am sorry, but please help me to make a good letter for not renewing my contract, the said contract will be ended on 9 February 2010 with my current employer. I have to tell them that I wanted to work with another company for my career advancement and to seek a better job which can provide me a good salary package coz my financial obligations have increased. Giving us delayed salary is a big problem for me and I need to sorted out how can I leave and request a release from them. Now that my contract is getting ended soon, I think this is the right time to notify them that I won't be able to continue my service anymore.

I need this letter today, I hope I would get a response from all of you.
