Dear All,
Academically i m a graphic designer and we have our own advertising agency. As it is a family business i have to do lot of HR and admin jobs too. But as i dont have any background of HR i m not aware of what is the exact job or what are exact responsibilities of a HR person. Can anyone guide me with it so that i can take the responsibilities more efficiently,

I m sure you r now aware of d different functions in HR... well, i could suggest you a book which is a very basic one...but could be of great help to you in explaining each aspects of HR... All the above functions are explained in detail :)

Can you help my queries I am a postgraduate in HR from Welingkar Mumbai and Currently I am working in a BPO in Backoffice operations but I am struggling to land up in HR Positions which is my area of specialization but I am not able to get interview calls & After several follow up I get feedback that my CV is not shortlisted. I had posted this query in CiteHR.com but didn't got any inputs. Recently I recd mails from Naukri, Monsterindia about the resume development Should I make my resume from them bcz my peers suggested me that not to invest into that. Pls I request you that If you have any suggestions pls let me know...
