Hi Radhika, I beleive you have a Specialization only in 3rd sem right? IF ur doing the projects right away then i would suggest few: 1) Change Management 2) Employee Engagement( A very Hot Topic in the Market) 3) Employee Retention 4) OD 5) Competency Mapping. 6) Industrial Psychology. These are the few on which you can really build up your career. I wish you all the best.
I did my project on Training & Development too and I found the subject to be very interesting as it has so many aspects to explore. Going through so many different organizations will give you a better idea on the differences of the industries and employees etc. But I think it’s better if you can find out which topic interests you the most because it will motivate you with the project further!!
Hi Radhika, I am also doing MBA specilization in HR. Till date i have also not selected but i am looking after these topics. 1) Employee Retention 2) Competency Mapping. 3) Training and Development. 4) IT in Human Resource. Hope any one of them help you. Best of luck from my side to you. If you find anything interesting in any of these topics please forward to me also at my email id With regards RK Sinha
Hi, The most rapidly growing industry is retail, The most rapidly growing sector in HR is Training and Employee retention The second best option to work in HR is Complaince, most of the company who is goona come down to india as far as retail is concerned is goona be european,so they blve in Hire and Fire policy, but the same aint so easy because of the tough statute in India,so ths people are looking for people who can help them with ths prtclr problm,u can try ur hands in HR Complainace, but again you need to have knowledge abt laws, shop and establishment act,ESIC,Factories act and then also other welfare laws pertaining to employee, This feild is not touched by many as law knowledge is required,so may be u can try the same for creating a unique project,
