MBA HR PROJECT

Hi Sanjay

I am Manju Pujari doing MBA in HR from IMT Gaziabad last samester. Now I need to make project but i am not able to understand how to start. Although i have choosen few topices like " Recuritment & Selection" or may be on " Atterition rate " but not able to understand how to start. And even I do not have any one to whom i can make project guide, so in short i am really confuse so if u can help me out for the same and can let me know from where i should strat.

Hallo Friends,
I am new member to this forum. I am doing my MBA in HR from YCMOU. I am presently serving in Police Dept. and interested in using management rules while working as they are very uselful in any conditions and are universal too.
I am now searching for new and interesting topics for project work for the same. I request you all that suggest me topics for project in HR and which is closely related with my job i.e. state police.
I will be glad if topics are related with the better working of police dept. or increasing the efficiency of a police-person.
