Hi Veena,
I think you should go for other relevant industries compensation package which have similer product like your organization or on the base of experience & education range you can go for competancy mapping for all designation, which will helpful for implementing the compensation policy

Dear,
In case you get any relevant and complete salary data comparable to your company by posting this thread then it is your goodluck or miracle or may be an accident.
You need to target specific companies with whom you feel your companies' salaries should be compared. You will have to approach those companies and request for their salary data. Not all companies you approach will share their salary data. You will have to really convince the management of all these companies competing with each other to share the data. They may agree only if they see any benefit in it. May be you can offer them a well prepared salary survey report which will be benifitial to all participating companies. In case you find it difficult to do, you may have to hire a professional consultant specialising in salary surveys.
all the best
