Hi Kalibindu
The monthly payment made to the administrative staff having power to take decisions, having individual supervision over the working force, is termed as salary and the monthly payment made to all the floor workmen and fall under the workmen compensation act and the Industrial Dispute Act, is termed as Wages.

Hi Bindu
Wage: Payment for labor or services to a worker, especially remuneration on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis or by the piece
A salary is a form of periodic payment from an employer to an employee, which may be specified in an employment contract. It is contrasted with piece wages, where each job, hour or other unit is paid separately, rather than on a periodic basis.

Hi
Private Limited company: Here the promoters are the 100% investors of capital for the company, there is not general public involvement.
Public Limited company : Here the promoters have 51% of share in the total capital of the company and rest of 49% is invested from sale of share to the general public, public are also owners of the company.

Hi,
Legally there is no difference in between salary and wages. Whatever money you are earning after working you can call it in whatever name you are satisfied. Just for self satisfaction we say it salary or wages. Becoz , khali naam badal dene se kisi bhi ACT per koi farak nahi parta hai.
