Training Programme in a Software Company
Hello Sirs/Madams,

My name is Lalitha. and I am working as a HR Manager in a Software Company. Previously I am not having any HR knowledge or even not having any HR degress or diplomas.

A chance came to me and I took it as a challenge and accepted the chance.

Now I got one problem. That is our CEO asked to to introduce a Training Programme for the Freshers as well as for the persuing candidates.

I want to know the details of Training Programme.

We are ready to pay them Stiphend also.

And it should be for 3 to 6 months programme and we will issue the Training certificate also.

Now my doubt is whether we have to take permission from any authorised department regarding the implementing the training programme or not?

what is should be the designing of the programme?

Please let me know from you seniors.

If you give me any clue regarding this, then it will be very helpful for me.

Thanks

lalithaj

In India selection is the process of elimination and not that of evaluation - comment
