Hi

I would like some help on Job Descriptions for the following positions. I work for a 100 crore pharmaceutical company.

CEO
Managing Director
Director - Marketing
Chief Financial Officer ( CFO)
Head - Engineering
Head - Production
Head - R & D
Head - Purchase / Commercial
Head - Internal Audit

I had signed up to this site because I thought people here were helpful and wanted to share their knowledge. But till now I have never got any positive feedback for any of the posts I put up. Hopefully this time I will.

yes this is site where large number of HR people are connected to and they share their knowledge with one another. Some times they may be not able to answer your question or they may not have time when they saw this message ...if they don't have time when they saw this message they may or may not remember the question to reply. so next i wish it would not repeat and you will get great help and at same time you to will post some important material.
this question is posted in the year 2006 ...i think your work may complete. but im placing this information for others who are visiting this site.

Internal audit is the only one i can help you with as am an auditor myself.

for the rest i have a humble suggestion, do visit the website of APQC (US), they have exhaustive lists of function specific productivity metrics, work backwards from the same.
