Dear All,

We are an assembling unit where the production work will be carried on by women operators. We want to run the third shift i.e night shift. Can we get permission to make the women operators work in night shift. What is the process. can any body guide me.

Dear Mahesh,

Approach the office of your State Chief Inspector Of Factories & submit the application accordingly after having knowledge on the required conditions for night shift working by women workers.
