Hi All,
I worked for an IT company for a period of 2 months 25 days as a permanent employee. On my last day in the company, the company just issued me Relieve Letter. When i asked them about Experience Certificate they informed me that as per the company policies we will not issue an experience certificate. But this was never informed to me and not mentioned in the offer letter or any where.
How to approach further to get my experience certificate.
Thanks in Advance

Hi All Senior HR team,
I would like to ask a question, i left my first company in 1996 June, that time i had not collected my experience certificate. i had given proper notice period and then left the company. But now when I am asking my Experience Certificate, company HR department is telling that they do not have any records of mine. I hae my payslips, PF issue Slip with me, Form 16 for 4 years, appointment letter etc.
But they are saying that as per company policy they are keeping records of old people for only 6-7 years.
can someone help me to tell whether i can get my certificate or not?
thanks
