Dear Ms. meenakshi, You can reduce it by knowing the reasons for attrition. For any left employee you can conduct an exit interview so that it helps alot for taking up necessary action. swathi

Dear Swathi,
Thanks for your reply. We do take exit interviews. The fact is all of them till date have adored the organisation, the ambience and working atmosphere. And were always happy. But, still there is something which resists them to stay on. Mind you, by staying on I mean more than 2 yrs. Coz 2 ys, isa normal span for our team members.
To tell you something about the industry, its an education industry, and most ofnour staff comprises of faculty members and project heads.

hi Meenakshi
Employee retention is common in all fields. rewards and recognitions vary from one field to another. money(salary) is the biggest motivator, secondly, the relation between employees and employer and third the environment in the company apart from that encouraging a top performer, encouraging creativity, frequent meetings, feedback from employees for improvement.
these are the common points in employee retention
any suggestions on the above points, Welcome!
Thanks & Regards
