Hi
I am also preparing a Holiday List 2007 for my IT company, Pune as a HR Executive.
It would be great help if any of the HR mentors could help me out with the list and also the rule as to on which we work.... As per my knowledge we have to take 8 holidays besides the public holidays...
Now would also like to know the public holidays as per the Maharashta / pune region.....
Reply awaited.
Thanks in advance
Gunjan
