Our company is executing projects, We are employeeing no. of contractors who are in turn employeeing lot of Labour on daily wages. I seek following help in this regard
1. Do contractor need to produce ESIC ID cards for employees before putting them on Job

2. What will be the procedure if he is employeeing workers on Government holidays when he can not deposit money for challan.

3. What is the rule applicability for First instance employement on the job
