Our company pays annual performance based incentives to all employees. Can the payment made as incentive be adjusted towards bonus payment under the Act? or do we have to pay Bonus in addition to the incentive?

The term bonus implies not to the performance of employee , but it is paid as a reward for the constant (Bonus) or improved (Exgratia) performance of the company.
