Dear ratz
Kindly specify the team,as fas as my knowledge hdfc's major share of business is coming through Direct sales team, direct sales is having more than 1500 numbers of contractual employees making this happen. but getting salary or F&F Settlement is not that easy for them, because i too worked with them as a CSE.

i should say these practices are not uniformaly followed in all branches of hdfc bank. being a HR professional it really feels good to know that such HR practices are actually being followed by organizations. My husband is in hdfc bank too (north india) and we got married this year itself ,because of hdfc we have no personal life. u have mentioned about 14 days compulsory leave twice a year , he hasnt been able to get even 1 day peacful leave throughout this financial year. even while on sick leave once ,he was asked to come to office by his boss. saturdays supposed to be half day, sometimes becomes 12 hours working also.many things are written in policies but not followed.
sometimes the treatment to the whole team seems inhumane.

Yes Sonalduhra, you are absolutely right. These policies are impressive in ppt only and I
know how you feel and also heard lot of such ill treatment by this organisation lately. In-fact every financial sector firms are same, as long as they make profit they care and when you fail to achieve the targets even by a whisker they dump you....

The worst bank to deal with. I dont belive your people are well trained . The most uncultured bank employees . I have compalined that to your call centre also. Please refrain from false propogonda of your company.

Is there anything employees of such Organizations can do when they are not given their rights according to the company policies? They don't speak up just thinking that the company will spoil their whole career.

Hi
I was keeping quiet, because i learnt that telling something bad about old employer is not good, but when seeing the progress of this discussion would like to add another point, each state will have more than 1500 contractual staff for direct sales for hdfc, they dont give any maternity leave even the employee completed 2 years service with the bank, Is it is not applicable to contractual staff, when the staff is getting salary, pf from direct corporate office of mumbai ?
