Hi all after the successful discussion about the topic of it experience is a must for a hr professional to join it sector i would like to initiate a new topic for a discussion about call centre and bpos. i was thinking about this topic for quite some time as i see the people from call center or bpo are not able to cope up with the job profile what they are allotted in a new company which is not a call center or bpo. because they are accustomed to a kind of routine work and they are leading a robotic kind of life though they are enjoying with higher salary good working environment good status etc. they are really missing the beauty of the world everyday. while people sleep they are working in the night and when the whole world running around and enjoying the colorful events these people are sleeping. exceptions are always there for everything in my opinion the employees from a call center or bpos don t have a career growth in future when they move to other industries. is that correct? umesh.s.

Dear seniors/friedns/well wishers this is karjee i am with 7 years of exp in bpo as i was working with company i will be with one designation and i was busy with taking care of my process today i have got a business lead where i can start up my own call center i do know to start a company few basic things what supposed to be done like setup voip manpower etc but as per my knowledge i feel i know very little kindly suggest me or guide me with the fallowing 1. what are the major aspects initially i have to have to start call center/bpo 2. where will i get the things done if you suggest any thing for the first question 3. where? how? when? dear experts please share the best practices/ any ppt/material i wll be very happy if any one replies regards kishore kumar karjee

Hi all am an mba with specialication in hr and currently working in a bpo for almost 3 years..due to financial burden and family responsibilities i always wanted to earn more money to support my family..due to which ive neglected my career and joined a call center. i want to grow nd also wants to earn more money but not in a call center...but the problem ..i ve a overall experience of a call center...and if at this point of time if i ll look fr a job in bank..or sumwhere else will nt gt gud money.. plz suggest what can i do..am very confused.. i cannot continue working in a call center after my marriage. ruchi
