Further career prospects and courses in HR !!!!!

Hello Members,
I have completed my summers and waiting for the college to begin am doing my PGDBA and theres one more year and two sems left iam thinking that after completing my course i intend to do a distance learning course i.e. Diploma in Training and Development which is a 18 month distance learning course with my final placements, do you think this would add any value to my career and i also look forward to go abroad and do some relevant course related to my field of HR can you suggest which course from which country and which university would add the maximum value to my career prospects and job prospects in the future. Please members help me i need you guidance.

Hi this is Rohan Kelkar..I am student doing MBA specialising in HR .I am stepping in the same year same as you and another 2 sems to go! I am doing my summers right now. on T & D
Listen ,as far as my limited knowledge is concerened these r the following courses which we can enroll simultaneuosly..
1.Diploma in HRM(1 YR Distance learning).
2.Diploma in Inductrial Relations/Labour Laws.(1 Yr) from any law college.
3.Courses in Employee Psycology..
4.Small course on Handwriting Analyses designed for HR specially.
5.T&D diploma as u mentioned.
6.SAP HRMIS.which is the new software and latest.
7.Diploma in Administration Managemnet .(I yr).

well as far as SAP/HRIS goes the two institutes i know are NMIMS mumbai and WELLINGKARS mumbai there are some others like XLRI and other to HR management institutes hope this helps.

I completed MBA HR and working since one year , can you tell me with are the universities offering this courses , what are the best universities.

Is any university offereing "Diploma in compensationa and benefits" or "Payroll and administration.
