Receiveing Legal Notice from compnay

Hi All,

I was working in software company. That company is running with two name, One is Technology and another is Pwt. Limited. I was working with Technology, and Signed a service agreement. But due to my famaily reasion & working envirounment I was breech the contact. Now after one month they send me a legal Notice to deposite 2 month salary in compnay in 7 days from Pwt. Ltd. compnay. But I was not wotking with Pwt. ltd. company. I was workign with technology.

So I want to Know that is it possible that they can sent me a legal notice from any of their company.And It is necessary to give them 2 month salary.
I think their Technology named company is not registered, that's why they sent me legal notice from Pwt. Ltd. named compnay.
So plz tell me it is legal Notice and they are able to take any legal action against me if I not reply or not give them 2 months salary.

Plz reply me as soon as possible.. I just have 2 days.

If it is true that the Service Agreement was executed with Technology and not with Pwt. limited, the notice served upon you is not enforceable on you as you never was within the employment of Pwt. Limited. You can reply to the notice in proper manner denying their contention , allegations and denial of such service agreement... We have no concern with the inter arrangement in between these two companies... The company has only civil remedy for claiming their recovery of damages by filing Civil Suit in Civil Court only but you have very good defence.
