| Project Based Agreement Dear All,
I need your urgent help. Recently my organisation has hired a senior software candidate for development of specific software.
We need to make an agreement with this employee that he would not disclose any details about this project and in case if he does so there will be a penalty clause.
I suppose these types of agreements are available with IT organsiation.
