You can add in contacts all your friends, colleagues Date of birth in Outlook and it will automatically remind u before a week or can set remindars
I am using it in my office to send greetings for birthday's and anniversaries
or in excel u can sort and take the month wise dates to your need and use it

Hi Reena,
As you said you send cards for occasions, you can try out yahoo greentings.com .create a log in for you and add all the contacts you have with their respective date of birth details. You can also try american greetings.com , both these r the ones i use.they keep sending reminders atleast one week in advance and keep reminding u with e mails quiet often. U can also choose to send e cards for free from these sites.

Hari

You can prepare the list for whole year.Dispaly the list infront of your sitting place.see the list before starting your work daily.or you can take the print out of wishes note for a month and dispaly at common notice board.
