We are time & again receiving these types of Statutory compliance charts for our information but one should be careful in utilizing these charts keeping in the view the appropriate Govt.,applicability of different labour laws & the concerning State / Central Rules whichever is applicable in your case, the formats provided in those Rules & the date by which we are to send these returns.It is also to be kept in mind that to whom we are to sent these returns.Rules may differ from state to state. It is also observed that at times formats are different in different state rules.

Dear Mr. Tapadiya,
Sorry to say this but i have checked your attachement and found that you have written some wrong form Numbers under some Acts.
For Example : you have return FORM XX form Annual Return under Contract labour Act but it is FORM XXV under Contract labour for principal employer while you have quoted it at two months one in january & other one is feb.
I request to you pls update it in your data and make it more beneficial to you and for others as well.
