pleanty of resorces on the net. Keyword "HR posters" or Sign-boards".
You can also check with your local Fire-protection/Security firms for the sign-boards. They usually have most of the sign-boards for factory. Some I guess are required as per your local government act.

Check with Central Labour Institute. Ministry of Labour & Employment. N.S. Mankikar Marg, Sion. They have printed small and big and pocket sized posters, pocket calendars, dairies with slogans for display in the factory premises and for employee distribution.

You would get very good posters from local chapters of national safety council / loss prevention society of india, about work place safety and avoiding accidents.
