First thing first is to appoint Head of Human Resources & Administration from Pune to take care of liaisoining with local Governmnet Authorities for example Factories layout Plan approval and Registration which is followed by the insepction by the Inspectorate of Factories. Then apply to MSEB for power supply line and approval etc are many jobs which required local person who knows liaisoning business with authorities.

Also the other option is to locate a good consultant esp who is well versed with the local laws and regulations. Recommend that you contact Mr. Bhave who is well known and a senior member in this forum. Would send his contact details on your private message box.
