Need help for pf deduction removal
Dear all in our company the management is planning to remove pf deduction for the employees whose basic is more than 6500 pm. please suggest me whether can we remove the pf account for the employees whose pf account already exist. or is their any alternative way to stop pf deduction. regards mahalakshmi

Pf to a new company to be exempted from pf deduction - legal implication
Hi the management team of my company has decided to withdraw pf deduction and wants to transfer it s existing employees 1415 from a 'pf deduction registered company' to a new company to be exempted from pf deduction on meeting the following criteria: 1. employee strength less than 20 2. employees earning more than inr 15000/ per month. 3. we have taken 'pf exemption acceptance letter' letters from the employees. request you to please advise and share your inputs on the following: 1. can the company transfer employees ? 2. do we need to issue transfer or fresh appointment letters ? 3. will there be any legal issues if any on account of this transfer of employees from a pf registered company to another. 4. will there be any impact on employees to claim gratuity after completion of 5 years of service will the transfer from one company to the another be considered as a break of employment ? regards abhishek jain.
Employee pf & esi deduction
Dear seniors i have joined a company very recently the company is in money marketing and doing its business since last 4 years but have not done its registration under pf or esic act. employees are getting its salary through cash therefore neither any payslip is given to any employee nor any statutory deduction is made. as an hr i have been asked to prepare the offer letters for all employees then have to start the pf & esi deduction of the employees. i would request my seniors to kindly guide me how should i start the pf & esi deduction procedure so the company statutory compliance can be maintained. regards prachi desai

Hi all my basic salary is 8500/ i would like to know is there any way to avoid pf deduction.my company has pf facility but i dont want any deduction. or if my company do not deduct my pf which has more than 30 employees. please reply regards anil
