| Already applied for duplicate pan card but yet not received dear sir,
i am md. sartaj alam, i have alreday applied for duplicate pan card eight month ago, but i didn't received yet.
i went to in pan card and made an enquiery abou it, they told me that you have some problem in your documentation (ie. your father's name bacame md. mumtaj to Md. Mumtaj Alam) , so now what should, i have to that for the problem, please give me response as quickly as possible.
