I have signed a bond with a company and the bond is for 2 yrs...due some issues they ask me to resign because according to them they find some problem in the documents..they started troubling me and told me either prove it or resign from the company...but i did not accept it.they started harrasing me and after that i met with an accident and i got 6 stitches on my head due to that mental touter.after that i decided to resign and send an email to them that i am not able to continue due to personal reason.After that HR send me an email stating that they will terminate me .....and i received a letter that i have to pay Rs. 1 lac as per bond....they did not gave me any training.Now,if they have not give me any training why they are asking for money and they have force the resignation on me......In the bond it is clearly mentioned that if they have gave any training than they can charge the money if I break the bond..Please advice on this... |
