Absenteesim Calculation
The formula for calculation absenteesim would be :

For weekly Absenteesim calculation :

Total Number of people on Leave / (Total Staff needs to be in the office * Number of Hours)

For Ex:
Total Number of people on Leave - 5
Total Staff needs to be in the office - 18
For a complete week we calculate the # of hours as - 40 ( 5 *8 )
==> 5/(18*40) = 1% absenteesim for the complete week..

Absentisam
1. we have to calculate the total working mandays and total Absentisam days for the week.
2. Total Absentisam Days / Total Working Mandays * 100 (Absentisam Rate in %)

Calculate the % of absenteeism on everyday using the above said calculation. Take the average % of a month. Report it as monthly average %.
