Is this dual employment?
Hi Friends, I need your guidance on background verification processes. I had worked in an organisation previously and resigned formally. However I continued requesting my employer to relieve me by a particular date but he did not. My next employer had business exigency and asked me to join them by taking leave. I was very naive 7 years back and I joined them as it was their request. Now I feel I should not have done that though have got the relieving letter. Problem is relieving letter from previous organisation shows overlap of 2 days with my next employment. Do you think this can pose a problem in further employment of mine by organizations. Please understand I am not going to hide any facts from my future employer as I have all the relieving letters.

Please advise what to do in this case? Thanks
