Bonus dont pay on gross salary it will pay by on basic+DA
Min:8.33%and Maxi:20%
calculation of bonus:
For Example:5000(Basic+DA)
Calculations:5000*Howmany months worked in financial year(12)*20%
Bonus=12,000/-Rs.
