Leave Policy

Hello, All,
I am working in a software Development Company. I am in need of Leave Policy for my Company. I have gone through all the discussion in this Forum & gained good knowledge but I need one important information.

1. I need the minimum number of mandatory leaves as per West Bengal Govt.
2. Is there any rule which needs to be followed in Leave policy for Software Development Company.

Hi sangeetha,

As per my underastanding leaves differ from comp to company,minimumwould be 20 per year.probably you may still info from other crosscheck and take a decission.
