Iam looking after the HR activities of a Pvt. Firm and it is located in A.P. the previous mangement did not applied and remitted any professional tax. now i was asked to implement to deduct and remitt the tax. now my question is To whom we have to approach for remitting the tax, Who is the competent person to issue the P.Tax registration No., and what is the Form to be submitted, and also can any body tell me the slab for the tax in andhra pradesh.
