| The Industrial Employment Standing Order Act is basically meant for industrial establishments and not shops and commercial establishments. However, there may not be any objection if you go for drafting of standing orders for your establishment. The Dy. Labour Commissioner may be the certifying officer and it is advisable for you to take his advice in this regard.
