Employee Attendance

Dear All,

I would like to introduce my self as I am HR Manager in reputed company. Company is having different site offices all over India. We are facing the problem of site office people's daily attendance. Presently they are marking full day present in the said month on piece of paper & send it to the HO for payment.

wheter the employee actually present or Not on the site? We are unable to track on the same.

Please provide any format to track the employee’s daily attendance.

Kindly do the needful.

Hi Bala,

I will advise you to install finger scanner at each of your site located and i can be remotly monitored from your head office through I.P..

Dear Mr.Bala,

Go for the Bio sentry set-up, by which u can attach your PAyroll and attendnace system from the HO.
You can control the same from the HO itself. But it will include alot of expenses on the server which the company will install, the whole process is based on the ERP.

There are lot of market leaders in this filed.

In my comapany also, we have this payroll software which includes attendance, tax and payroll in a combined package.

We are also opting the same procedures.

Hi

Now a days technology has done so much that today we can easily get our problems resolved. As Akhu mentioned the best thing is you can install a finger scanner in each locations.

Dear Mr. Bala,

I think only putting a punching machine your problem may not be resolved as there is a chance of making attendance and then leaving the workplace. From my experience I can say that in a site both casual and permanent employees are deputed. Different types of administrative functions as well as statutory requirements are there. So you can deput an administrative officer over there who will handle all this.
