Hi Everyone,
I am an MBA in HR from Pune University and have 1.5years of consultancy experience in Recruitments, neither my post graduation nor my job so far offered me exposure to learn Satutary Complience, PF,ESI, Training modules (for hotel industry), Proformance appraisal, CTC prepration, drafting of appointment letters-Releiving Letters etc HR related stuff which is now a demand of my upcoming job ( I am about to join a 5 star Hotel as Executive HR in 2 months),
Inspite of not knowing all these the Director of company selected me as for he liked my attitude, keen learning behaviour and zeel for work and has asked me to prepare all these stuff in this 2 months period. I know 2 months time is insufficient for covering everything but i dont want a detail study but just an idea, rest my job will teach me.
Can anyone provide me some precise documents from personal notes or your company to study and suggest me few books that are easy and practical enough to study in this two months time.
