I need advice from you people
"The Board of Directors has decided to cancell your promtion to the post of Country Manager with immediate effect of 02.11.09 due to reasons known to you, one among them being that you wanted the MD in Germany to approach the accountant and Chartered accountant in India to verify the accounts and payments made by you. That you told him that you are teaching Faisal SEO although you later informed that you have not studied SEO and that you kept the staff further although the MD asked you to terminate them- which amounts to a challenge to the management.

You will be working as a business development officer from 02 November 09.=0Aon the basic salary of Rs 20.000,- then agreed upon.

Onnce the revenue is generated, you shall be eligilbe to get a cimmission on=0Arevenue, the percentage of which will have to be agreed upon."

After receiving this mail I refused the de-promotion which the Management had given and submitted my resignation to the company. In return the company informed me that I am terminated with immediate effect...

I had a standing arrangement with this company for 10 weeks notice period both ways. Now they are saying they wont pay the notice period salary. What should I do to get this amount and they had done a character assassination of mine in the known circle also. Please advice

I think it would be better to have a friendly discussion with the management about the notice period. If we see it as per rules ( what you have written) then either the company should give 10 weeks notice or 10 weeks salary.

But I would say before going for any legal action, have a friendly conversation with the management.

Thanks,

First, I didnt understand what you exactly did. You really asked your MD to to approach the accountant and Chartered accountant in India to verify the accounts and payments made by you?

I wud suggest you to take legal advice because its not a simple matter. it seems there is something missing....
