Education: MBA - from reputed university (1996-1997 batch)
Components of the profiles: A generalist profile, A guy who has got hands on exp of handling labor laws & union issues on corporate level. The profile will be also dealing with core HR issues. Must have handled HR & IR in consumer durable or manufacturing industry. Should be able to handled labour law cases, union issues, union negotiations.
CTC: nearly 10-15LPA
