Leadership Development Training Contents

Good day all,
I am working on a project and i have the mandate to come up with a training curriculum for Leadership development for three levels of proficiencies: Basic,Intermiddiate and Advance.
I need your assistance in coming up with a robust content.
All i want to get for a start is the breakdown and sequence of the topics into these 3 levels..

for example
Basic :

Introduction to Leadership
Principles of Leadership
etc.

Intermidiate

Theories of leadership
Leadership models etc..
etc.

Advanced

Coaching and mentoring
the process of great leardership
strategic leadership
Leading an organization

u can find a lot of material on this site itself go to the training and development section of this site, i hope your problem willbe solved
for the basic level lot of leadership stories are there you can even try them
