Job Title: Manager - International TPA Services
Work Location: Hyderabad
Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
The role has 3 parts:
1. Take over and meld existing teams of enrollment, claims, direct bill, etc into one and provide leadership.
2. Have overall responsibility to meet client (GBG) targets of production as well as WMN requirements from this team.
3. Front end clients as well as ensure process improvement programs and enhance team efficiency/knowledge and output.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing relationships with providers, other TPAs, carriers, GBG Inc
· Responsible for offering deep expertise to the claims and enrollment process, to building systems and improvement processes and providing inputs to IT team for further developments to further automate and make the processes more system oriented as volumes rise
· Responsible for the entire GBG Claims, enrollment, back office staff (in India Ops) office, including some key people in technology working with Ops.
· Responsible for end-to-end management of medium sized teams
· Reporting to WMN India Operations Head, for supporting their needs and developments.

Required Skills for TPA Manager:
· Hands-on, hardcore operations specialist
· Prior overall experience > 7 years in Healthcare/TPA and specific experience of > 2 years in reviewing TPA operations and transitioning processes in a TPA or carrier or third party centre/outsourced support centre. Should have transitioned at least one process from US and worked in US for a business trip or longer duration at client site.
· Comprehensive knowledge of operations handling and health care & insurance industry
· Should understand the claims and enrollment process well
· Computer literacy - expertise using Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Should have traveled to the US earlier.

Soft Skills Required:
· Should be willing to relocate to Hyderabad, if from outside.
· Extremely process centric
· Good oral and written communication skills in English.
· Positive attitude

· Strong motivational and team building skills
· High integrity & self motivated
