Salary calc of 26 days

dear all,

i am brinda from ahmedabad and have a doubt please help. at present we are calculating the salary for 30 days incl of sundays. and now management want to calculate salary for 26 days. so if a person on daily basis works on sunday then how to pay him? and how to do leave calculation?

Dear Brinda,

Salary is calculated on the bases of each day so if an employee is working on Sunday you need to pay him for that day also. And you have to calculate leave on the bases of 26 days only.
