How to reply of a termination letter
Hi all,

Can anybody suggest me that what to write back in order to accept a termination from the organization? and how to ask them about my dues and other docs (i.e. reliving letter and experience letter).

You can write as

Sir as per your above mail am accepting the termination that has been sent to me. I request you to kindly settle all my due amount pending till date and also request you to kindly furnish me with the experience and relieving letter.

Please do the needful at the earliest. Thanks.

Hi Manipushp,

Firstly you need to ask the explanation for termination of serivces whether it is layoff due to excessive manpower or the company has relocated itself resulting in such layoffs or you might have been terminated for non-performance of your duties and responsibilities or your insubordination to the seniors or habitual late comer or frequetnly absenting from work could be asny such reason for your termination. You need to critical anlyse the factors leading to termination, in case you get a satisfactory reply from the management then the second step would as to Ms. Nisha Jayaraman suggested. Hope you understood the concept
