I need your help in salary break-up.... I have one employee who is working as Production Manager. We decided his salary of 240000 p.a (inclusive of all benefits)...we are providing pf - bonus- leave benefits and my boss also decided to pay him 18k on hand, . Pl. suggest me the break up in which i can manage to pay him as my boss declared.
I have gone through break-up but still i need your help, can u pl. guide if i want to add bonus and medical kind of other benefits then how it will be workout as per break-up. And employee has joined recently and we decided about his probation period and that of 6 months, so is there any kind of thing that company not able to provide such PF and other benefits while on probation period.
