Back to business - I am a Metallurgy Training Officer who has completed ETDP-OD (Educational Training & Development Practitioner (Occupational Directed certificates way up to a National Diploma. I have this interest to apply for an internal position of HRD Senior HR Officer (T&D), what are the challenges?
- Any idea what to expect during the interview, what can i ideally focus on that i should know?
- You reckon i should move to HRD?
The current department i am working in does not have an extended structure hence i feel like reaching the ceiling.
Thats all i need to know for now.
