so nice of you to have initiated this discussion.
It is so imp to dwell on this topic bcos we retire from our jobs but we never retire from our family and still it takes the back seat.
we do workshops with couples and we find that even those who are making company visions don't have a FAMILY VISION.
we seriously feel that thier is a great need for communication amongst the couples . here is our module

The Need
We all want to have a happy Family but do we have a clear picture of what we want?
The vision of a happy family? Is it shared with others in the family?
Are we really trying to make it happen?
How much quality time are we investing in the family?
Successful families don’t just happen we have to make it happen
