Hello Ratnesh,
For termination of employment bond with immediate effect,company can take legal action against you or can ask for payment/amount in lie of termination of bond however it depends on the terms and conditions specified by employer on bond.
Its better to read carefully once agian all the terms conditions onceagain as it (bond) has been accepted by you at the time of joining and with respect to condition applicable for termination of bond take your decesion get in confidance with HRD of ur company state them positivly why u r looking forward to break.terminate bond.
