Hi All,

In this we are discussing about the HR. To be frank not only the HR's are earning quick bucks. Each and every person in our country trying to earn some or the other way apart from the right way. As Ponraj told at the election time Even a layman will earn some amount from the people who are contesting.

HR persons are getting commission from Consultants
Purchase persons are getting commission from Suppliers
Wardens are getting commission from the Provisional Stores
Admin Manager are getting commission from Transport service providers & caterers
and it keeps on adding. there is no stop even in corporate sector

HR manager are "Naukari Dalals".They are up for sale and the industry knows it.only thing it cant be proven untill a sting operation is planned by the media.pl exclude young HR executives from this category.they work really hard so that the hr manager can rake in the moolah.

Hi,I am working as a freelancer recruiter.I used to work on contract with different organizations IT and NON-ITS as well as with job consultancy company also.In most of the cases, i noticed that the consultancy charges are collected from the candidates in terms of 1/2 month salary along with candidate registration charges of 300 to 1000 rupees. But Most of consultancy donot charge from employers rather they take from candidates. So i am bit confused.Because i need to intimate these term & conditions to the candidates also.

I do not know what to say on this - it is in bad taste to discuss such unpleasant topic in an open HR forum. All of us have only "heard" about such things, how many have really seen it happening?

Despite hearing of such things, I haven't come across any such cases. I wonder, how an HR can dare to take "bribe" from a consultant ?

It is a serious Integrity issue, and a complaint can result in immediate termination of the delinquent HR person.

I hope, it remains a "myth".

Every one knows about this.It is just like throwing stones on us only.It is an open secrect when comes to marketing and other department, they make money by producing falls travelling bills etc.who is bothered. It starts from Top to bottom.HR's should follow certain ethics to certain extent atleast.I mean after all their desired are fullfilled they should at least retain the candidated for minimun one year period.this is not happening. After three months period they are making the candidated to leave the organisation due to HR. and managments incompatability. In certain instances the HR asked me it-self there is place in some other organisation but they are demanding one months salary. This should be avoided. There are many candidates who do not have even money for daily life and depending on others due to non avilability of employment.
All these are on account of consultants as they wanted to survive either hook or cook.So they start attacking from all angles with the help of like Govt official machenary, false cases.
I feel even Govt has to make an some sortof amendement for consultants with respect to Qualification in Human Resouce Management as compulsory and some apptitute test at national level.
I expressed my open views on this topic and all concerned will take it easily and do justice.
Right now I am unemployed and many are demanding for fee for registration and one month salry.I said yes still I am doubt how for will it work.
