Legal Complainces

dear all Hr Memebers ,
i dont have very deply knowlege about all legal complainces & Where iam working there is no any senoir HR Head for guding me for submmiting all mendatory legal compaliance.
would u please giude me regarding all complainces that where we submit the perticular complainced at perticular date & from where we will get all the complainces form for submitting & giude me how we will fill up these form
please i need urs help for knowing about that as soon as possible
kindly tell me & help me out.

actually i want to know about the factory annualy returns which types of returns have to be submitted at the perticular month & date & to whom & where we will submitted all tyes factory complainces.from where we will get all the forms & what is the procedures for filling & submiiting the complainces.
